Genevieve's Classic Caesar Dressing
Caesar SaladMake croutons by baking thin ciabatta slices drizzled with good olive oil in a moderate oven until crisp. Mix a half cup Genevieve's Caesar Dressing with 2 egg yolks a squeeze lemon juice. Place in a large mixing bowl, ripped cos leaves, sliced boiled eggs, shaved parmesan, crumbled croutons and dressing. Toss everything and place in a serving bowl. Finish with milled black pepper... tasty! |

Caesar PizzaBake pizza’s with an onion marmalade base, cooked chicken, bacon and parmesan cheese. When cooked, top with chopped cos leaves then drizzle over Genevieve's Caesar Dressing. Finish with a grind of black pepper. |
